By accessing or using PlutoPixie ("the Service"), operated by CNG Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlutoPixie is an AI-powered expense tracking and receipt scanning tool designed for solopreneurs, small businesses, and creative professionals. The Service includes receipt OCR, expense categorization, tax reporting tools, and dashboard analytics.

PlutoPixie is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax preparation, or financial advisory services. The Service provides tools for organizing financial data but does not provide tax advice, accounting services, or legal guidance. Always consult a qualified CPA, tax advisor, or financial professional for decisions specific to your situation.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use PlutoPixie, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Upload fraudulent receipts or financial documents
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Subscription & Billing

PlutoPixie may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of PlutoPixie is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your financial data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties.

7. AI-Powered Features

PlutoPixie uses artificial intelligence to extract data from receipts, suggest expense categories, and generate reports. While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated data before submitting expenses or using them for tax purposes.

8. Tax Deadline Reminders

PlutoPixie may display IRS and tax-related deadline reminders as a convenience. These reminders are informational only, may not reflect all applicable deadlines for your entity type, state, or jurisdiction, and should not be relied upon as professional tax advice. We are not liable for missed deadlines.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the property of CNG Studios LLC. PlutoPixie, the PlutoPixie logo, and "The Pixie Suite" are trademarks of CNG Studios LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNG Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
